EBM stock count
Lazy Bone & msau were doing thier EBM stock count recently, I also join the crowd!
All EBM is stored in ais-krim malaysia container, each stick contains 3oz of EBM.
remark : EBM = expressed breast milk

I give Sebastian freshly expressed milk everyday, chilled in the fridge. I give him 1 stick (3oz) of frozen milk everyday and reserve 3oz of the fresh milk to go to the freezer. April and May stock is really little cuz that time i thought my EBM stock was too much, it reached 150 x 3oz = 450 oz, it occupied all the space in the freezer. So i also relex lar, didn't plan the stock lar, after that realised a lot of EBM already expired, so quickly build up the stock again. So June stock increases.
I am so proud to be a nursing mom, being able to give our precious baby the best food. Thanks MMB, thanks to my sifu, Sathiya, thanks to everyone who helped me, and walked along with me in this wonderful journey.
